This is a lot for City of Fresno vehicles. It has a security guard always circulating the parking lot. Be sure to read the signs on where to station your (own) vehicle or else you can run the risk of being towed! It is next to the Amtrak station so you'll always hear the train pass by. One way in and one way out.
